I'm soooo happy my friends recommended this place to me. It has the best Korean food I've tried in Vegas thus far. The tables are a bit small so it's not great for big groups unless you reserve ahead of time. My group of 5 was a bit squished but it wasn't unbearable.
We were first served with barley tea with unique tin dishes. My friends and I shared the Dolsot Bibimbap, Mandoo, Yang Nyum Chicken Wings, Kimchi pancake, Bulgogi and Soon Dubu. Everything was superrrrr delicious! My favorites were the Bibimbap and Yang Nyum Chicken Wings. The Bibimbap was a perfect mixture of rice, a variety of vegetables and beef. As for the wings, I don't know what's in the sauce but it's so addicting! The chicken was crispy outside and tender inside as well.
We made a mistake in ordering the Soon Dubu from the tapas menu; we thought it was the regular soup with chili paste, veggies, and meat but it was really just tofu and beef soup with soy sauce to dip. To get the regular one, you can't order from the tapa menu!
I also recommend the yogurt soju :) It's perfect for a night out with friends. We had about 4-5 rounds between 5 people with the amount they gave us! Can't wait to go back to Soyo!
