  • I have never been treated with as little consideration and common courtesy by a business in my life. I had a biopsy done weeks ago. When performed, I was told the results would be back in one week. When I called a week later, they told me it could be up to another week. Today is now the end of week two. No call, no update and when I called to ask to speak with a doctor who could give me the results, they told me that they had my results but my doctor left for the weekend (this call was at 4pm) and she'd call me Monday. So basically, a test result that could come back that I have cancer, is sitting on a doctor's desk all weekend because she couldn't be bothered to give me my results before she left early for the weekend. Oh, and when I asked if another doctor could come to the phone to go over the results, they hung up on me. When I called back, as soon as I identified myself, they hung up again.
