  • Sweet Mountain has gotten some poor reviews in the past, so I wanted to post that my recent (Sept 2014) experience was excellent. The company called the morning after my service request, and had a tech out the same day. He had to order a part, told me when it would be in,NAND when he'd be done. He followed through on every commitment. I think Sweet Mountain is worth going with.
