  • FAIL!!!!!!! THIS SHOP IS A RIP OFF!! I took my vehicle in for a look at the transmission because it had symptoms of a valve body issue that is common for that transmission. Shifting valves get stuck and can be fixed for around $200. I authorized them to investigate this known problem. Was supposed to be only a couple of hours to check, and complete repairs. When I called them they said they hadn't gotten to it yet. The vehicle was there while the guy went on vacation for a week!. When he came back he said his mechanic thought he was supposed to do a rebuild and that I was on the line for $1300. I negotiated for a lessor amount but not happy that they did that. The owner Josh was rude and threatening. I paid and picked up the truck and within 10 miles it wouldn't shift passed 2nd gear. ...Same as when I first brought it in. I looked at the bolts and couldn't determine whether the transmission had even ever been worked on. I brought it back and they worked on it again. Still very rude and acting like I was unreasonable for wanting my truck fixed right. I could go on and on about the verbal abuse by the owner and other things. Like them breaking my key fob and the fiasco to get that fixed. Or the massive greasy hand prints left everywhere on the truck along with greasy shoe prints on the carpet and seat. I picked it up and have since drove it 6,000 miles until the transmission failed. Josh the owner says he will not do anything or take any responsibility because it is off warranty. (12mo/12K miles) This shop is dishonest, incompetent, and are generally A-holes to work with. Stay clear unless you have time and money to waste in addition to like being treated like crap. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP WHATEVER YOU DO!!!
