  • If you are going to get body work done on your vehicle do two things: - Take your vehicle to Service King - Ask for Dennis I dropped off my vehicle for what Dennis initially said would be around a week and half worth of work. One week into the repairs it turned out it was going to be a total of two weeks. This was fine with me. I was ok with the delay because I was constantly reminded throughout the process of what was going on either through a quick call from Dennis or a text message from Service King. I was very impressed with this communication and for me I loved the updates via text. You could tell Dennis was very sensitive to each customer based on the conversation I had with him. He told me depending on the customer, they do or do not like the updates. This leads me to think he gives the customer just the right amount of information they want/need. I had a great experience with Service King.
