  • A drop from 5 to 1 stars is not something I take lightly. I patronized this place for years, but after a bad massage that turned my arm black and blue and a hair cut so horrible that it took two years to grow out I had to break up with this place. It really is too bad because the prices are great, and I know there are some really great folks working there, but two bad experiences is enough for me to give up.
