Who says you can't find snow in Chandler in the summer?
Having met up with some wonderful new friends from the yelp community, this was one of the stops on the night. Even though it was around 8pm, it was still an easy 90 outside.. so shaved ice sounded amazing.
Granted, we had just had a feast at Chon Thai, so I only had a few bites of the taro with BS (if you don't know about the BS, you better ask somebody!), strawberry snow, and a coconut slush. This style of shave ice carries much more flavor than what I grew up with in Hawaii, and I was instantly a fan. I would have loved to seen azuki beans but didn't ask and they may carry them.
I don't spend as much time in this area as I would like so far, but this spot will be one of the reasons I go back when I do.
