  • I'd read about aloof service and the drafty tables up front, but frankly this wasn't my experience of this place. The service was excellent; the round table by the window was fine on a chilly february evening; and the food was amazing all around the 7 person table i was at. I had the soup of the day and the braised beef, which was cooked to perfection and in a very tasty sauce; the fish looked and tasted excellent; the burger looked well executed and substantial. Great room too.
