  • Ordered the home security during a special, buy one camera get the other for free. Cameras were set up and work great!! Bill came in and surprise we are charged for the other camera!!! When we call to find out why we are being charged this outrageous bill we are told it was because we never paid for the one camera that we only paid for the start up fees. That is not what they told us when we signed up and that was an expensive sign up fee then. They also told us they show no proof that we paid anything, so we called back with the receipt transaction and were told they would not refund us the money. So because they screwed up we get charged double? Glad I already cancelled my tv service with you clowns and my internet, some of the worst customer service practices ever!! How am I paying for your mess up? Hope people stop using all your services soon. Over priced and poor service.
