| - I went to Zumiez today for the first time in a while. I went in to check out what shirts they had, and found a white striped t-shirt on sale for $19.99 and a grey sweatshirt on sale for under $22.00. With that, and a buy 1 get 1 50% off deal going on, I was sold. While shopping, the salesman came over and started showing me some of the new lines they had received. Once I got rung up, I paid the amount and left. I tried the sweatshirt out and was glad to get it. Later today, I was looking at the receipt, and saw I was charged for the original price ($40) of the sweatshirt instead of the sale price (~$22.00). Confused, I picked up the shirt tags, and saw that the sales sticker had been torn off. I'm not sure if this was an accidental price mark, or if it got torn as the salesman was taking the hard tag off, but I didn't get the right price. I contacted customer support and got a hold of the district manager. After a great phone call, the manager was very understanding and happy to help with this. I'm taking the shirt back tomorrow to show the tag and receive the difference. After this experience, I appreciated how far Zumiez goes to help their customers. Hopefully, I'll be back soon.
