  • This store has changed more owners over the years than there have been presidents of the United States, and depending what owner is running the store will determine what service you get. The owner right now who saids he's been the owner for 2 years is the worst. Talk about a control freak, unfriendly, and down right displays the best example of the worst customer service representative there is. This guy doesn't even want to sell his phones. The last 2 phones I got from there were new Metro PCS 4G Lte phones that had the best service and pixilation for photos ever. However, when I went into this store with this horrible owner I WASN'T LOOKING FOR A METRO PCS PHONE. I was actually looking for a new Samsung brand and I was open to other brands too I also stated that I WANT A NEW CARRIER, (because although Metro does have good service, especially compared to Verizon, believe it or not, they don't have a good customer service line, you even have to call from a different phone to reach the main csr line). Anyhow, THE ONLY THING THIS OWNER KEPT TELLING ME IS NO. THAT IS THE ONLY WORD IN HIS VOCABULARY! He is such a control freak he had fired all of the previous employees. He basically runs the place by himself, and he hates metro pcs customers, he got rid of the service from the store and the phones, and if you walk in telling him you have a metro pcs phone he will make every attempt to ban you from the store. However, what upset me the most about this guy is he didn't listen to me at all because I made it clear to him that I was looking for a new brand phone and carrier, just a no-contract affordable phone, which he did have, but he was so busy telling me no and just trying to get me out of the store he didn't hear what I asked. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life. But no harm no fowl because he hardly has any customers anymore and I don't think it's too long before the next owner comes along. I don't know how he even managed to stay in business for 2 years, but HE IS DRIVING ALL HIS BUSINESS AWAY. As long as this owner is still there, this is a definite place to steer away from, because if you don't he will steer you away from his own store anyways.
