rev:text	This has to be one of the worst body repair shops ever!!! I have Geico for insurance and they recommended this repair shop to me. Worst mistake ever!!!! It seems as if nobody does their job at this place. A lady named Shanda was my auto adjuster, she quoted my car to be fixed in 3 days, as it was a few very minor scratches on the passenger door. I put my car in the shop Tuesday, Shanda saying she would have it out by Friday no later! Well, Friday turned into Saturday turned into Monday. Here we are a whole WEEK later...still NOT ready. This company is the worst, you almost have to harass them with phone calls to get ahold of anybody. Shanda doesn't bother to return calls or give you status updates as promised. She will truly just give you the run around. She's rude and extremely unprofessional as I was hung up on. I called this morning to see what time today it would be ready as I had an automated text that the vehicle was done, I was told 10 a.m. later being 2 in the afternoon and was told there are no promises for it to be done today that they still have to assemble the car?!! ...Long story short I was finally able to pick up my car and Shanon pulls up super fast throws it in park, leaves the door open with the key in ignition and says "here u go!" And leaves. The car was filthy when I got in, tons of buffering dust all over the seats, and interior. I then went in to proceed with the manager Mrs.Fox, who was very nice. All together, PLEASE do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere! This company is nothing but a headache and frustration.
