Five times now I have been lied to about the return of my security deposit that was contractually promised to me in writing and verbal by the VP, Sharon with MEB management, the manager Josh, and the owner Bascom Group. Every time I or my wife call, there is a new excuse as to why the deposit was not mailed or mailed incorrectly. My correct address was and is on the contract that was signed by all parties.
This, after faithfully fulfilling my lease, never missing a payment in 2.5 years, and leaving my apartment in pristine condition (I have video and photos).
I have mailed letters to the Consumer Financial Protection Agency and Adam Laxalt, Nevada Attorney General in an attempt to get my deposit back.
