  • I went to dr keller previously and forgot why i didn't go back. went today and NOW I REMEMBER!! my appointment was 3:30 as i was told i had to take that appointment as that is the last appointment for the day so i did. waited for almost a hour, after watching several other patients (arriving before and after me) get in. i wait and wait. finally, taken to a room and put on the paper garb. i wait and i wait with NO ONE coming in to see if i was ok, check on me or anything. no magazines. no music. nothing. after almost another i hour, i put on my clothes and walked out, NEVER SEEING or hearing from the doctor. she may be good to some patients but not me! I will never refer her or go back. EVER!!! Be cautious if you make an appointment. you may be treated, as i was, as a non-person with no "personable, warm" touch and put in a little, cold room to wonder if they forgot about you which i believe they did as i could hear them cleaning up the office for the next day. shocking. Warm? NOT! Personable? NOT! Caring? NO WAY! Compassionate? Hardly.
