  • 4/1/17 While we were able to get a last minute appointment on a Saturday, we were skipped over by staff for several other customers that got there for appointments that were scheduled AFTER ours. I had to bring it to the staffs attention. Also, beware of shady upselling practices. Sure, they advertise $69.95 for 2 pair, but then both the optometrist and person helping you with your frames and taking payment offers a lighter, thinner lens option WITHOUT telling you the price...which is $135 dollars more!!! For a whopping $205 total for your glasses! Ask questions and verify TOTAL cost before agreeing to anything. Still, the price can't be beat for$69.85 for 2 pairs of glasses, without all the extras, and the staff was courteous and pleasant while helping us. Update: 4/14/17 I called to pickup my husband's glasses at 4pm today and the girl on the phone was RUDE! She input the info she asked me for WRONG, and then was a b!t@h to me about her error. She then got snarky about, "had I received a pick-up call for the glasses", and "it takes ten business days including weekends", talking to me like I was stupid. We were there on 4/1/17, so it HAD been a FULL 10 business days. BTW, she said they had todays order in, but would not go look. She then told me to "wait for a pickup call" and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with "Sonja" who was Amazing, polite, and found my husband's glasses. When I came in to pickup the glasses, I asked for the supervisor Sonja. The girl at the front with an attitude said, "there's 2 Sonja's here" and "did you get a pickup call", so I know it was the rude girl I first spoke with. (She is short, overweight, with a dark complexion), (her coloring, I am not prejudiced, just describing her) She was still being rude and giving me attitude with a snarky look on her face. Had she not had my husband's glasses, I would have given her the attitude she gave me and then some. This employee really need to be fired, 'cause she sucked. Sonja the supervisor was great, though, but don't expect much in the way of customer service. It WILL take a FULL 10 business days to get your glasses. Sonja is the ONLY reason I'm giving 3 stars.
