  • Just ordered a beef shawarma and chicken shawarma with fried falafels and I am NOT happy with my order. I work literally 1 mile down the road and it takes the delivery driver almost a full hour to bring cold, soggy shawarmas and soggy fries. If i knew it was going to take him that long, i would have picked up the order myself. I dont even want to eat lunch now and I've been starving. I am 6 months pregnant, who has been craving shawarmas and shouldn't be deprived of my cravings because of service. I even called the restaurant 30 mins after ordering, asking about my order and they couldnt even find my order. Then all of a sudden says, "oh, its on its way. He should be there shortly" another 30 mins goes by... and yes i have my order, but now its cold and disgusting. Horrible Service. I will NOT be ordering from them again. So disappointed.
