First, let me say I was a huge skeptic. Even the thought of finding another human being capable of caring for my child had me reeling.
Now, that being said I am huge fan - like the biggest - of Ms. Brittany in Room 4. She is attentive, caring, observant, kind, encouraging, happy (yes this is important to have in a childcare provider 100%) and informative. Awhile back my son had an allergic reaction that left his face swollen in various places. I was told Ms. Brittany was the one who immediately noticed parts around his ear were beginning to swell. Although his father and I raced over from across town it still took us 20-30 mins. I called at least a dozen times while I drove just to make sure his breathing was fine- but they confidently assured me Ms. Brittany is taking care of him. When I arrived Ms. Brittany was playing and laughing with my son as though nothing life threatening had happened at all! She is a godsend and I do not know what I will do once he switches classrooms.
Honestly the infant room is all around well covered in terms of pleasant, engaged and dependable staff. I have no complaints since my son started 4 months ago. Ms. Helen, Ms. Tracy and Ms. Brittany have all been there since the day he started. Each day I leave with either a verbal or written account of my son's day along with the app notifications. The app is what I rely on the most since it is the most up-to-date information. After I noted a few discrepancies on the account Ms. Tracy will always make sure to verbally tell me if there were any technological glitches or if they weren't able to put something in. Ms. Helen is divine, like this woman is an angel sent down from heaven to take care of babies. Every morning she is there I always see her feeding them collectively, talking to them and engaging them while she feeds them. She makes the morning transition seem less heart wrenching.
The staff in Room 4 at watch me grow are amazing! Thank you for all your hard work.
