rev:text	I renew my Driver's License online if I have that option and I try to limit my visits to the DMV as few as possible. This DMV used to be so nice and it was a breeze to get things done. Other people from other parts of town come here now too causing super crazy lines and chaos. I witnessed an employee having a screaming match with somebody. Customer service? Not in this place! I ended up leaving on my first attempt after standing in line for 2 hours. I was getting sleepy, hungry and tired of people complaining and kids crying. What a nightmare! On my second attempt, I had 128 people ahead of me at 7:30am - they're not even open yet. I got status updates on my phone but the wait took forever still. Trying to be patient drains my energy. 2 hours later, I got my photo taken and I'm afraid to get my license in the mail. I imagine my photo would come out looking like a mug shot.
