Walked to the counter and waited in line behind one person that worked at Target. I walk up when it's my turn and no one acknowledges me, although there are two women right at the register. Instead they acknowledge the girl behind me that they knew, and had a conversation with her through me standing there waiting for my order to be taken/ presence to even be acknowledged. Finally one woman asks me for my order and then holds her finger up for me to stop after I told her what breakfast sandwich I wanted. She told me to hold on so she could do something, I'm assuming put my breakfast sandwich in the oven. Nope she does something else, comes back and asks me again what breakfast sandwich I wanted. So I tell her and I tell her the drink I would like. I check out and get my drink and it doesn't look anything like the same drink that I order at other locations. I'm handed my peppermint white chocolate mocha with no whipped cream and all of the ingredients were just put into the cup. Not mixed or anything, just layers of ingredients and the woman told me to stir it up. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. It's like they're doing the bare minimum for this to pass as a functioning Starbucks.
