  • Matt made a custom ring for me a year ago and one of the iamonds just fell out. I called his office with no return call o I called again and I got the cold shoulder. He kind of remembered me and asked what my end game was and blamed it on me for not having it checked. He admitted he insurance company called him the day before. You would think someone who stood by their work would have called me back and at least treated me respectfully instead of the way he did. I would NOT do any sort of business with him. Very nice guy during the selling proces and a bit of a disrespectful person on the back end. Don't trust this business.
