| - Meh is right. Went and saw the final installment of Mockingjay here. The parking lot is tucked behind or more aptly beside the theater right off a pretty tight traffic circle. The entrance is really tight as well, and frankly that trend continues getting into spots and navigating the lot itself. They could've done a better job with that. The ticket counter being outside and mostly uncovered could be a problem on those rainy or blustery cold winter days. We were lucky , and it was a beautiful warm and sunny day. They also really need to look into the building maintenance. There are really bad spots of flaking paint and needy workmanship that give the facility an aged unkempt look.Once inside, our theater was on the far left and that's also where their snack-bar is, so if we were to head straight to the theater to be seated, it would've been a fight to get through the press of folks waiting in line in the cramped space allotted. Instead, we chose to get our traditional popcorn, so we spent our time in line, moving back and forth letting people get through/around to their theater. Once in the theater, it got a little better. The seating was very comfortable, the theater was extremely clean and the seats even reclined some for a real relaxed viewing experience. The video clarity was good and the sound of our movie was clean enough. Problem was, the walls are really thin and/or woefully un-insulated for sound because we clearly heard vehicle, gun, dialogue and other noises from the next theater over. It was sometimes louder then ours if our characters were speaking softly. Before I go, I will say that every employee was extremely friendly, pleasant and worked their best to smile and do their part, so kudos to them!! I go see my family often Near Charlotte, but I know I will not revisit this particular venue.
