  • i had to deal with these guys a couple years ago. i had major repair work done for my brand new audi after a collision and this was just the worst experience ever. first off, i was devasted by the damage that had been done to my car and was really skeptical of getting it fixed to look almost new. this location was recommended to me by my insurance. that should have been a clue to not go there, but i was desperate to get it done and trusted that my insurance company had gotten good results at this shop. boy was i wrong. the location itself is really nice and they look like a pretty decent place that probably did decent work, but don't be fooled. the guy that helped me was a complete cheeseball. nice, but it was all surface. he made promises left and right and i was just left with a shotty repair job. it was nice that they had a way for you to check up on the progress of your car online. that was something new i hadn't seen before. it was nice to know what stage the car was in while you were waiting for it. i waited a total of about 2-1/2 weeks or so. after driving a rental taurus (no offense taurus drivers) i was so extremely glad to get out of that thing and into my own car again. at first glance it seemed to be okay so i got in and he said to just take it home, drive it around and if i had any questions or concerns, to take it back and they'd fix anything i wasn't happy with. well, as i drove it off the lot the coolant fluid turned on after driving it less than a mile! WTF?! so they had my car for two weeks and it runs out of coolant? and they didn't check the fluids before giving it back to me? anyway, so i turn around and go back to the center. i tell the guy that the coolant light was turning on and he said that it's probably an error. yea, right. so he takes it to the back for a bit, brings it back up front and says it was full, but they just "topped it off"...what an effing liar! the work on the car was horrendous and it looked like the hood wasn't closed completely. now i KNOW that after an accident, a car is NEVER the same, but come on. it was just so obvious that they just did a careless job. i knew at this point that the damage of the repair had been done and there was no way much more tweaking could have fixed it any further so i just considered it a loss. i've since traded the car in and i'm happy i dont have to look at the front of it as a reminder of this place. anyway, lesson learned....do a lot of research or get references from friends you trust before handing over your car to any shop. i do NOT recommend this place unless you want more of a headache than you already have from having to repair your car to begin with.
