I was involved in an auto accident due to another driver blowing through a red light. That persons insurance company had to spring for a rental car for me and obviously didn't spring far! Customer service could have been better. I didn't really appreciate the 400 questions about my auto accident two days prior. Nor did I appreciate the almost hour and a half it took him to get through the process. The lovely part to the story is the car I received was a Corolla with a missing hub cap, huge dent in the back bumper, scratches along the side, the odor of butt in the car, dried coffee (I hope) on the inside of the door and ceiling, straw wrappers on the floor, and someone's nasty feet prints on the inside of the dirty windshield. I pointed some of these things out to the guy before leaving and he didn't seem to care. Just handed me the keys.
