Terrible gym and really poor management. Called to close my account and spoke with general manager on July 10th, 2017. He said he can't help me so he routed me to a different phone number, some third party who supposedly handles accounts. I called them and they said that they can't close it so I had to call the actual gym. I did that and the lady from the front desk said that the manager was on a break and he will call you back at 7:30pm. At 7:40 pm no call so j called them and again, he was busy. I told them make sure he calls me before he leaves and never got a call from him. This wouldn't be the first time I was fed wrong information by this manager. He always denies talking to me and said I must of spoke with someone else. It's gonna be all good and happy times when you're signing up, but know this, if you ever have a problem, they'll turn their backs on you and will offer little to no help with a shitty attitude. I'm contacting corporate and filing a complaint against this so called "general manager" JOKE.... NEVER SIGN UP. There are plenty of gyms for the same price with way better customer service. EOS sucks. Very disappointed.
