  • First off never had a problem with the actual staff at this clinic but I paid for a 2 year membership and only have 20% less hair mostly in my Brazilian area. In my opinion it was a complete waste of money. I tried to contact corporate and was told I would receive a call back and never received one. When I called again I was told the same thing and never received it again so I would just like to warn everybody before you drop thousands of dollars it does not work for everyone lower and upper management is terrible! You are better off getting electrolysis for Dollar Shave Club. Getting appointments is almost impossible and no one ever returned your phone calls. Overall they are difficult to work with and waste of money
