  • Be prepared to wait and wait !!!!!!!!!! They are understaffed and I was told they only had one physician. If there is anyway you can go to banner Heath urgent care go there . I have been there with my husband and it was run more efficiently and they have enough doctors. I know every business has a bad day once in a while so I am hoping that this is the case here. I waited for 45 min in the small room waiting for the doctor. It was hot and stuffy in the room. When I opened the door because let's face it 45 min in a room that is small and hot anyone would be claustrophobic . I checked in at 1:22 and it is now 4:30 PM. Being that this is on my work time I am extremely frustrated that I have missed an entire afternoon. If I ran my business like this I would resign because this is an epic fail !!!!!!!!!!!!!
