  • I called their main phone number (same for all locations) to schedule a prenatal consultation for expecting parents. The lady put me on hold, then came back and snottily told me I'd have to go to my ob for an exam. I explained what I meant and she told me that what I should have said was a meet and greet. I apologized and told her that other offices I have called referred to this as a prenatal consultation or interview. She then asked me whether I prefer mornings or afternoons and I said mornings. So she tried to schedule me for a 1:30 p.m. appointment. I pointed out that 1:30 p.m. was in the afternoon. She sighed and said she didn't know if there were any times they could fit me in. After about a minute of her sighing while looking at the calendar, I said, if you don't have any time available for a brief meeting with a potential patient, just tell me. She replied that it wouldn't be until the end of April (over a month from now) or later. I thanked her and said, no thanks. What horrible condescending treatment of a potential patient!
