Teeny tiny museum jam-packed with a lot of information. I suggest giving yourself about 45 min to an hour to experience it at a leisurely pace, less if you read quickly. The first floor has a history of Charlotte up to modern times. The second floor had a special exhibit on Latinos in the South, with everything in both English and Spanish (a nice culturally inclusive touch). This exhibit was more "interactive" in that it posed questions about prejudice and the American experience for Latinos, and you can contribute your thoughts and post them on the walls. It is thought-provoking alone to just read other patrons' responses and ideas.
