Great to see this place on Yelp. This is old school which means taking the time to hand cut and trim every piece of meat you buy - and you can get cooking directions too. Elizabeth is a second generation butcher having taken over when her Dad passed away. She trained at European up the street, has great connections with her suppliers, and can get anything you need. I have bought probably a few hundred pounds of very high quality beef short ribs for Korean BBQ Kalbi, also gotten fresh ground lamb for Kefta kebabs, goat for a tagine, and great steaks. This is the best kept secret in the market and with her low overhead, her prices are great. A lot of her meat is BA (although she can`t advertise or even say what it is since she isn`t a licensed seller) and is 40 or 50% cheaper than other places. Don`t let the goat heads and sheep carcases in the window scare you away! And if you need something special, drop in and say hi or call her up and ask her to source it for you.
