  • Went here for the first time a long time ago since I get my car serviced close by that location and got a gel manicure which didn't last long and was more polish built up one side from heavy application. Did find a new shop, but this past year my other half bought me a gift certificate for this place since he saw me go once and was being thoughtful for valentines. So I knew I had to go here and just wanted to do a pedicure but I knew it wasnt going to be enough so I asked for a manicure as well to use up the amount given. Peter was great with the pedicure, once I got to manicure I had the same guy from long ago but wanted to give it another chance so I asked for a full set coffin nails with gel polish. Did show a pic but he did say he didnt know how to do ombre nail design so will let the other lady do it. And that was all wrong got 4 fingers painted white and they couldn't do ombre over it so they put glitter on it. This was already after closing so obviously I was pissed and while paying I said I will come back to have it changed just one color since I couldn't get design I wanted. Came back 2 days in a row and finally 2nd time I was taken in to get my nail polished changed and wasn't charge which was good and I did still tipped for all services. NOW THIS IS DAY 4 of having a full set and my nail broke plus other nail is brittle to break off as well. NOT GOING HERE AGAIN JUST BAD EXPERINCE AFTER ANOTHER. But for pedis will be fine just ask for peter!
