  • I just have to start out by saying that I don't like to publicly bash businesses, let alone write as much about one as i'm going to. However, they got me so livid that I am and if I could give them no stars I would. I bought their living social voucher awhile back not realizing what I was getting myself into. I called them in September to schedule a time for them to come out and never got a response. I emailed on November 1 and never got a response. I called November 2 and got their voicemail where they state that we may text them. I text and finally get a response. They tell me the only times are available are nov 14 @ 9am and 11:30 or nov 17 at 11:30 and 1:30. I tell them Nov 17 at 1:30. They get my name and address and confirm. This is all still through text. I scheduled all things around my November 17, 1:30 appt. We have 1 car and 2 kids that need carseats so we really have to plan accordingly for them to come and detail the car. I text them the morning of my appt at 8:30am to confirm they are coming and never get a response. I spend 30 minutes cleaning out my car in preparation for them to come. I call them at 1:30 and of course they don't answer so I leave a voicemail just asking if they were still coming. I get no call back and am annoyed by now. I finally text him and simply tell them that they are unprofessional, and why schedule a time if you are not honoring it because I planned family events around them. He finally texts me back and calls me a "SMART ASS"....he then calls me right after and I am unable to answer because i'm surrounded by screaming children. I get a chance to listen to his voicemail about an hour later (Kris is really lucky there is no way for me to post his message on here) and in it he accuses me of "hiding behind text messages" and rambles on about other stuff and at the end of the message tells me to "kiss his ass". I don't expect people to speak to me like that especially a "professional" business that I have never even spoken with personally since they apparently do their best communication over text messages. If they were unable to come at the scheduled time all I asked was that they had communicated that to me in a timely manner. I don't care if these guys are the best detailers in the universe, I would not recommend them to anyone!
