  • We met with three companies before determining who to buy our window treatments from to cover all the windows and sliders in our big, new house. Harley was fantastic from the beginning. He was personable, knowledgeable and offered ideas as we walked through the house. We decided to go with PSSAD because they offered the invisible tilt shutters we wanted. The shutters also came in two panels instead of four for our big windows and they were manufactured by a highly reputable company. We made a few changes from our initial meeting and Harley was flexible and very accommodating. He even came to our house a second time to ensure he got the changes right. That's what I call outstanding customer service. The shades we ordered for certain windows came in several weeks after our purchase and installation was efficient and seamless. The shutters arrived a few weeks later and again, a smooth installation. Harley checked back with us afterwards to ensure we were happy with the outcome and, of course, we were thrilled. Harley is responsive, a great communicator and is willing to do whatever is necessary to satisfy his customers. The fact he offers quality products is icing on the cake. PSSAD gets my highest recommendation.
