  • I originally was going to the location in Gilbert, Dr. ITYY very anti social, he just comes in injects your eyes and has all of the girls in the office explain procedures to you. I recently had an appointment for a Friday afternoon, Dr. Itty decided he wasn't coming in so they cancelled my appointment, did not offer to send me to another location. I called the scheduling desk and let them know my eyes were really bad and I needed to see a different Doctor that Friday if possible. So they schedule me with Dr Kunimoto at the zmesa location. An hour before my appointment, the office called and cancelled my appointment because Dr Kunimoto was leaving earl y and he would not be there. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I really should sue the he'll out of them, I'm diligently searching for a new retinal Doctor.
