  • Just back from Las vegas, stay at the cosmopolitan on July 31- June 2. The trip was good, hotel was bad. We specifically asked for non smoking and the room smelled like a ash tray. Additionally, we had moth infestation. Even though we asked numerous times to be moved, the management basically said we are full and to deal with it. Horrible, management even suggested to get a drink on them at 11 PM - basically have a drink and try to forget about the bugs. What a joke. I will never stay at this hotel again. If you want poor customer service and sleep with bugs this is the hotel for you.
