  • Wish there was a ZERO star option. They are just RUDE as hell. The groomer argued with me and came out with sheers and cut a huge bald spot on my dog in the lobby without my permission to do that. She didn't even know his breed, mistook a shih tzu for a Keeshond. Very bad business, on a major busy road, so forget it if your dog happens to slip out of your arms or leash. I fell down in the parking lot and it was almost a tragedy. I will never forget how disdainful the groomer was toward my dogs and to me. I hope they go out of business, because they clearly do not understand kindness or dog breeds, and for the groomer to just shave a deep bald spot on my dog, unforgivable.
