  • After my review, I was promptly contacted by Jill. She sincerely apologized for the way I was treated and let me know how she addressed the situation internally. It's obvious she takes customer service very seriously and it's encouraging that she's added more staff to address the high call volume. I'm impressed with the way she handled this situation and because of that I would consider using them in the future.
