| - I read through some of the responses, and I see some of their points. The spa was delivered perfect, put exactly in spot and works great. However, the helpfulness of the staff on chemical setup and how to run the thing was inconsistent at best. I learned more from a local pool supply. You do get multiple answers from multiple people at spa world. The sales person (Jerry) was wonderful to deal with in all aspects of this process both through the phone and email. However, I called in and had contact with another sales person, who was quite blunt - not quite rude - but certainly not helpful (Chuck). After several months of ownership, and after several calls to Chuck, I found it easier to either work with the manufacturer directly, or through their support line at Spa World. Again, this was just to get basic questions answered. I'm sure Chuck means well, however, if he was my sales rep I'm sure I would not have bought a spa from Spa world. In short - the spa is working fine, I have talked to their support and they have been nothing but helpful - so I would buy from Spa World again, and would recommend Jerry.
