  • I would never recommend this company. They are terrible. Our home warranty company sent them. They refused to do any work because of a "pest problem" it was three dead spiders that the tech saw under our dishwasher. Office agreed that if we got rid of spiders the tech would come back the next day. Tech called next day and said that unless we had exterminated the area and pulled out the dishwasher he could not work on it. Called warranty company and asked for a different service provider. One came out and saw no "pests" at all! This company should pay you for being allowed in your home.
