  • So i turned on my A/C for the first time the other day and if course it didn't work. Thank goodness it hasn't actually been hot yet. Anyway, a friend of mine recommended John from Gold Medal. He sent a guy out who arrived in about 2 hours and he fixed my system within another 2 hours. I think his name was Kellan. So 4 hours total and I was in business. Thank you for being so friendly, fast and efficient. I will definitely pass on the recommendation :)
