  • I have been a tenant with RPME for over two years now. We have had nothing but great experiences with Andrew and his team. Every service call is promptly answered, and despite the home owner we rent from being a bit on the "frugal" side when it comes to repairs, we have been 100% pleased. We will be moving out at the end of this month, so I am hopeful that after several inspections just to ensure we aren't destroying the place, and my knowing that we care for the property quite well, that we receive 100% of our deposit back. I will be sure to provide feedback after receipt of that. I can honestly recommend Andrew and team for anyone looking for peace of mind in renting. We located and contacted him initially from out of state and the move-in and experience since has been seamless. They (and the home owner), have been so accommodating with us over the preceding months, as our impending move kept getting delayed. Additional feedback to come in December after move-out is completed. Thanks RPME thus far for a great home renting experience! ****Update 11/29/13: we have opted to extend our lease. Andrew and team once again were so kind and accommodating. Email document signing and a super pleasant leasing team, make each transaction and interaction extremely pleasant and professional. *****
