  • I just had a terrible experience at this place, which was recommended to me by someone I know. It took an hour and a half to get a shellac manicure done and after all was said and done , she didn't even apply lotion to my hands, which I would assume is a basic thing. My cuticles are a mess. I honestly think she forgot to work on them. The price was fine, but the work was shodddy and it took at lwast half hour for her to remove the shellac thatbI had on previously I honestly think it was just the technicians that worked on my hands and feet, as I saw others get clean utensils and had their feet massaged and yes, lotioned. I get mani and pedis done regularly, so I expected at least somethingm At the end of the very long manicure, i asked her why there was no lotion, she replied that I had a "basic manicure". Nevertheless, I won't be back
