  • I wish there was an option for NO STARS. We had so many horrible experiences with them but this is the quintessential example of their ethics. We paid $1000 to have the air conditioner fixed and the very next month had $360 deducted from our rent check due to air conditioner repairs. Because we had just spent $1000 we JUST asked for a detailed receipt showing what was repaired so we could put it with the records of the $1000 repair and they said they couldn't do that... After some back and forth of us JUST asking for a receipt they instead offered to reimburse us the repair costs.... SHADY!!!!!!!!!!! They must be put to something if they would rather reimburse $360 than provide us with a receipt, HOLY COW!!!! This is just one in a dozen similar experiences we had over about a year. There are no words for how horrible an experience it was. The renters trashed our house (holes in walls etc.) and took off without paying rent ad we still hate Nicklin WAY MORE than the renters. If you own a home; STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
