  • I have lived at Painted Trails for almost 4 years now and there are many reasons why. The staff is always friendly, if a repair is needed (which is rare) the maintenance staff is great about a timely response as well as communicating the results, and the property is very well maintained. As a long-time resident, I would highly recommend choosing Painted Trails as your home regardless of how long you stay.
