  • I'm a fairly newbie vaper, and have been slightly turned off by other vape shops around town (I won't name names here, but generally I've encountered some attitude from the vaping bros who turn their noses up at you if you're new to this). I swung into Smoke Alternative on a whim to pick up some new liquid. Amy totally hooked me up! She's amazingly knowledgeable but without all that condescension that you sometimes find with the hardcore vaping crowd. She helped me upgrade my basic little set up with a much better tank (at a very reasonable price). She also introduced me to my new favorite liquid, Twisted Shifter, and let me sample a bunch of the other liquids that they keep in stock. She worked with me for like a solid 20 minutes, I cannot say enough about the truly excellent customer service here.
