  • First of all Mannington laminate floors are advertised by the sales folks here as scratch resistant. The sales guys get a key and scratch it and nothing happens to it. We get it installed and my plastic floor attachment for my vacuum scratches the floor. ???? Is what I said because they scratched it with a key and it was fine and my plastic attachment scratches it? What gives?! So we open a case and everyone is like this is not supposed to happen and nothing gets done. We are responsible to fix it. This was less than 30 days of getting it installed. During that time I vacuumed my Shaw Polished Image carpet that I also bought from them and shoots do I have bad luck or what. Well my Dyson is apparently too strong and I cannot use it on this carpet. Well ok so I cal Shaw and ask them about a vacuum on the list. It was a Panasonic CG945. I couldn't find one so I called them to ask if it was ok to use the CL945 and the lady at Shaw says yes you are good to use that one. I get the vacuum today and shoots, it's doing the same thing. I just spent over $200 on a vacuum that is giving me the same results and on their list. I don't know what it is... So now we wait for these guys to open a case and see what happens. I'm disappointed at what they sold us. We spent a lot money to get this stuff installed and expect good quality stuff. Unfortunately it's been one issue after a next and not sure that I would recommend them to anyone else. Will update it once I hear back from them. For now I'm not a happy customer.
