A few years ago I gave TruGreen a try and the disconnect between what the salesperson told me and what the technician that did the applications resulted in my canceling after just 4 services. A couple months ago they called back and asked for me to give them another try, so I listened and then explained my issues with their service and m prior experience.
We're one application into this particular service contract (that I can cancel at any time) and I'm pretty positive. The tech made sure he addressed my concerns from last year (mainly that they didn't service my whole property as agreed upon) and left a nice detailed report of what he found and saw.
I'll report back once we're done with this year's services.
