  • The Drive through is impressive as is the lobby.The customer service is great and they do take good care of you.But once we drove to the actual site of the villa frankly, i was disappointed.This area has to be the least good looking part of the property,the look is more like any apartment. As we parked reluctantly and entered our rooms, it was back to luxury again.The villas are huge and very well maintained.The patio has a view of their endless golf course and cozy furniture but sitting out in Arizona especially if you are on the ground floor among dessert plants can be terrifying due to different types of insects. The villas are great for families especially with kids you can come here and have a good time.They have an adventure water park with the lazy river ride that is very popular.Another advantage is that you have access to all amenities on the main resort property so you can have best of both worlds.The villas are more like home with a kitchen,dining space,washer dryer etc. Personally i feel the villas don't match up to the grandeur of the main resort at large.I would prefer staying at their resort instead which definitely has the charm of a four diamond rated SPG property.
