I am a groupon customer who decided to check this place out in September. I had just finished cleaning my car myself and wanted to make sure the techs caught anything I missed. They sprayed some cleaner while they were cleaning the seats that stained my gear shifter and said nothing about it. I thought I could get it out - 4 months later its still stained.
Just went back to get a regular carwash and use up my groupons, figuring I could talk to them about the staining as well. Since they don't keep track of their groupon customers uses and I didn't save the receipt, the cashier was asking me to pay $25 for the wash. Ok - that's on me and I would have been okay to pay for it but I wanted to double check my car before I left so there wasn't a repeat of last time.
I checked out the car after the cashier said it was finished and discovered the techs broke the plastic on the seat tracking and left it on the floor. If that wasn't enough, they left garbage on the whole passenger side of the car. I finished cleaning my car while a tech pulled over a garbage can for me to do his job and then I went back inside. I explained this to the manager, who first lied and said the car wasn't finished yet. The cashier corrected him and we went outside to look at the damage to the gear shifter. He again denied any chemical they have would have done that to the car, in any way. I flat out refused to pay for the poorly executed car wash and left.
I was showing my car to sell it right after and they left dirt and spots all over the mirrors, paint and interior which was pointed out to me by the prospective buyer.
What a waste of time.
