  • If I could opt out of Amazon using Lasership I would in a heartbeat - even if it meant not getting Prime two day shipping. I've yet to have an order delivered through them arrive on time. Several times they've had to call me to ask how to deliver at my apartment building, and every delivery has been delayed a full day despite tracking saying it set out that morning. Today's delivery wasn't completed because they "didn't have a code to get in the building," yet I didn't even receive a call. I've let them know packages at my apartment building are always taken to the leasing office but I have little faith it will be followed for future orders.
