  • This hotel's bathroom is a little outdated and could used a renovation. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from the hotel. I paid $18 for parking EVERY night I stayed there and the parking lot was full every day, the lady at the front desk said we would have to park at the Lonestar Restaurant next door and walk over in the 18 degree weather and told me I STILL had to pay $18 for every night for parking. Even though it wasn't on their property! I'm also an SPG member, but they could care less about their SPG members there so it didn't matter.
